Freddy Renaud
Accomplished professional cellist Freddy Renaud is a passionate music educator with extensive experience performing on major stages across the U.S. and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Boston Conservatory at Berklee and a Master’s degree in Cello Performance from Lynn Conservatory of Music.
Freddy’s performance credits include the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, Broadway productions and national tours of Les Misérables and Hadestown, and performances with artists including Lauryn Hill & The Fugees. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and other leading venues, and has worked with renowned musicians including the Kronos Quartet and Joshua Bell.
As a teacher, Freddy has experience working with students of all ages and levels. He is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where cellists develop strong technique, confidence, musicality, and a genuine love of the instrument.
