Every journey begins with the first step. At Music in Chappaqua, we’ve guided budding musicians at the outset and throughout their nascent musical journey for thirty-three years.
We’ve enjoyed a partnership with Wainwright House for over two decades. We recently celebrated our first recital of the 2025 / 2026 academic year. On March 15th, 2026, we held 7 recitals featuring 87 school-aged students ages 3 and up playing piano, guitar, trumpet, flute, violin, viola, cello, drums, oboe and singing.
Our second 2025 / 2026 academic year recital is scheduled for May at the Wainwright House.
From Recital to University and Beyond!

Barbara is currently a junior at Harvard University, class of 2027. She studied at Music in Chappaqua during her teen years, from 13 to 18, including performing Spring recitals at Wainwright House.
