Kathleen Feldman

Kathleen Feldman brings a fun-loving, energetic approach to teaching students of all levels and ages. She has been studying,  teaching, performing, and conducting violin for over 20 years. Since graduating from SUNY Purchase and Manhattanville College, Kathleen has been the orchestra teacher at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua. She has conducted and performed with the Chappaqua Orchestra and conducts the young students of the Westchester County School Music Association.

Richard Jimenez

Cello

Richard Jimenez has a passion for sharing his love of playing the cello with all his student. He teaches students from age 3- 100 and anywhere in between! Richard received his bachelors in music education at the College of Saint Rose and has utilized his degree by teaching cello with the Empire State Youth Orchestra CHIME program and conducting the Albany High School Orchestra. He has been a part of is the Eastman Cello Institute for 2 years and NEO Excellence in Spain where he studied with Alberto Muñoz and Andrea Casarrubios. He is now studying at SUNY Purchase with Thomas Mesa for his Masters in Music Performance. Richard’s enthusiastic teaching style is such an asset to our faculty at Music in Chappaqua, we welcome new students of all levels to come try a lesson!
